Lee Montajes spent nearly three decades as a Registered Nurse in Australia, including seventeen years as a Nurse Educator — which means she has been standing in front of rooms, holding attention and explaining things that matter, as her actual job since 2008.
She left clinical nursing to speak, host and write full time. She's now booked across Australia for corporate conferences, galas, awards nights, and multicultural and diplomatic events, and she works comfortably across cultures and languages.
Organisers keep booking her for the same reason. She prepares more than she's paid to, and when a night goes sideways, she's the calmest person in the building.
